Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our platform or engaging DNL Dynamic Solutions for engineering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable master services agreements (MSA).
2. Services Scope
DNL provides web development, AI & ML engineering, UI/UX design, mobile application development, and backend infrastructure software. Specific deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria are defined in individual Statement of Work (SOW) documents.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment settlement, all custom code, design assets, and intellectual property developed specifically for the client under an active SOW transfer exclusively to the client, subject to standard open-source dependency licenses.
4. Payment & Billing
Invoices are issued according to project milestones or monthly sprint cycles as specified in the engagement contract. Payment terms are net 14 or net 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DNL Dynamic Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, server downtime, or third-party API interruptions.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate an active agreement with written notice as specified in the governing Master Services Agreement, subject to payment for completed deliverables up to the termination date.
